What We Do

We advocate
for adult women’s age-level tennis and work with the United States Tennis Association and Tournament Directors to ensure that our members’ voices are represented in the planning and implementation of these events.

We publish
a monthly BLOG & E-NEWSLETTERS for our members with articles on
tournament previews and wrap-ups, physical fitness, tennis techniques,
physical and mental training tips, and USTA updates/changes.

We maintain
a directory for our 1200+ members so they can contact
each other regarding tournament play and travels.

We facilitate
interactions for players to find a doubles partner or share a hotel or
rental car when traveling, through Our private members-only NWTO
Facebook Group. it also serves as a venue to raise concerns or issues that
the NWTO can address to enhance our members’ tournament experiences.

We offer
complimentary amenities at many tournaments, such as
clinics with a pro and lunches at the tournament site.

We sponsor
and plan the USTA National Women’s Intersectional Team Championships,
the largest women’s tournament of the year with over 300 entrants.

We PROVIDE
GRANT programs for women and girls THAT encourage tennis play and
participation in underserved communities and believe in sharing
our love of tennis with all of its benefits.

We sponsor
tournaments that are open for all levels of players, fostering opportunities for women to compete in age-level formats and allowing them the opportunity to meet and compete with new players from around the country.

We compile
a list of national adult age-level tournaments (Levels 1-3) on our website and provide links to information and registration.

We invite you
to be a part of an organization that is actively advocating for adult age-level tennis competition.
